Marisenne Advisory is led by Angelica Negrete, SHRM-SCP. Her background is in HR, benefits and employee wellness, and she has done the work this firm now offers: implementing a new HRIS, redesigning a benefits program, turning employee surveys into strategic recommendations, and researching and running the RFP for a 401(k) pooled employer plan transition across a multi-entity organization.
She founded Marisenne after leading that work inside a luxury hospitality group, where she saw how much good people strategy depends on systems people can actually use. She didn't just advise on those projects. She was the one making them work. Clients get the judgment of someone who has done the work in the field, and a builder who can make it run day to day.
